What can you expect?
Inviting someone into your home (or other location if you would prefer) is not easy. Our Certified Parent Educator will initially meet with you for about an hour. We recognize that parents are their children's first and most influential teacher. During her first visit you can expect the Parent Educator will ask many questions about your child (what you love and what is challenging). She will gather information and provide fun activities for your child in a non-judgmental and non-intrusive way. Subsequent visits can be arranged for varied amounts of time according to your family's needs and schedule. Each visit will feature quality information on your child's development, fun activities for your child, and support for you! The home visiting program has three goals: parent-child interaction, developmental milestones, and family well being.
